VoiceTrail is distributed through the App Store. Unless we provide separate terms, use of VoiceTrail is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions and purchases
VoiceTrail may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and non-consumable purchases through Apple in-app purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account settings.
Cloud transcription plans provide usage quota according to the plan shown in the app. Quota, provider availability, and transcription performance may vary by language, region, network condition, and service provider availability.
The developer or bring-your-own-key unlock enables advanced local settings. It does not include unlimited hosted cloud transcription.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you record, transcribe, store, export, or share with VoiceTrail. Do not use the app or cloud transcription service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or abuses service infrastructure.
